With their savings and a mortgage of 7,500 marks they build a hospice.
Schweigart, master painter, decorates the house with ceiling frescoes, paintings and stencils.
In 1908, the villa is opened. Mrs. Adelaide Schweigart takes care of the rental. Guests from the industrial regions of Saxony and North Rhine-Westfahlen spend your summer months in the house. Old guest books document these visits.
In the 70 years building their grandson Joseph Schweigart the rooms using "flowing water" into holiday homes.
Since November 2009, Karin Notz got Haus Schweigart. Through new media now, guests from around the world attention and spend your holidays in the house.
