Haus Schweigart is situated in a beautiful and quiet location, yet close to the centre of Mittenwald which can be reached on foot within three minutes.

Experience a carefree holidays without the need of a car, since many of the hiking trails can be easily reached on foot. Free bus transportation for skiers and hikers is furnished by "Alpenwelt Karwendel", the bus stop is close to Haus Schweigart.

Feel at home in our comfortably and charmingly appointed holiday flats. Enjoy the marvellous view of the surrounding Karwendel and Wetterstein mountain ranges.

Haus Schweigart features seven comfortably appointed apartments of between 30m² (320 sq ft) and 60m² (650 sq ft), accommodating up to three people.

In our administration we can offer you other 2 apartments in Stainergasse 9. You will find these Two-room-apartments next to the center of Mittenwald with all convenience. Further we manage a large Penthouse-apartment in Goethstraße 44. The apartment has a marvelous view on the mountain range and all comfort what you can wish for a beautiful stay in Mittenwald
  • The balconies and the garden are equipped with garden furniture, and a barbecue area for our guests has been prepared in the garden.
  • Access to the Internet as well as cable TV are available
  • The kitchens are fully equipped
  • Bed and table linen as well as hand and bath towels are provided by us. You don`t need worry about anything during your holidays.
  • A wide range of maps and information are at your disposal
  • On request a local bakery delivers freshly baked rolls to the house every day.

Haus Schweigart and Haus am Raineck are open all year round.

The prices of our apartments are between € 75 and € 95 a day.
Final cleaning is not included in the price.
